南宁530007;3.广西大学农学院南宁530005)摘要2010年用稻茎浸渍法监测了我国和越南共14个褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)田间种群对5种杀虫剂的抗性,结果表明:14个褐飞虱田间种群对吡虫啉、噻嗪酮、氟虫腈、吡蚜酮和叶蝉散的LC50值分别在95287~466716、16621~178785、09818~84084、03315~125127和140914~1871706 mg a.i./L之间,抗性倍数分别为10587~51887、620~6671、2517~21560、017~656和363~4824倍。目前褐飞虱田间种群对吡虫啉属高到极高水平抗性,对噻嗪酮属低至高水平抗性,对氟虫腈属中至极高水平抗性,对吡蚜酮为敏感至低水平抗性,对叶蝉散为中等至高水平抗性。

AbstractThe pesticide resistance of different brown planthopper populations from China and Vietnam was investigated by the rice strawdipping method in 2010. The results show that the LC50 to imidacloprid, buprofezin, fipronil, pymetrozine and isoprocarb were 9.5287-46.6716, 1.6621-17.8785, 0.7426-8.4084, 0.3315-12.5127 and 14.0914-187.1706 mg a.i./L, respectively and the respective resistance ratios 105.87-518.87, 6.20-66.71, 25.17-215.60, 0.17-6.56 and 3.63-48.24. At present, resistance to fipronil was low to high, resistance to imidacloprid was high to extremely high, whereas resistance to buprofezin was medium to high. BPH populations in both Vietnam and China are sensitive to slightly resistant to pymetrozine, and moderately to highly resistant to isoprocarb.
