Abstract:

Polymorphism between poinsettia and cabbage populations was analyzed using SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphism) and AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) markers. The results showed that the average amplified fragments per primer were 29.4 and 21.8 by AFLP and SRAP, respectively. There were 10~23 clear polymorphic bands per primer combination, with the average of 17.20. The percentage of polymorphic fragments was 57.93% by AFLP. spondingly, for SRAP, they were 5~18, 133 and 6059%, respectively. The gene diversity of AFLP and SRAP were 0.150 3~0.283 8 and 0.097 7~0.291 1, with the averages of 0.229 7 and 0.233 2, respectively. It seems that both AFLP and SRAP markers were efficient marker system for olymorphism analysis of Bemisia tabaci.
