Abstract:Two species of parasitic fungi of beetles in Meloidae, Beauveria bassiana and Aspergillus sp., were used in the experiments of the inhibition effect of cantharidin and their founction on biodegradation of cantharidin. The results showed that cantharidin had no inhibition effect to these two species of fungi. B. bassiana decomposed 90.45% of cantharidin, and Aspergillus sp. did not decompose cantharidin.
