Abstract:Unaspis yanonensis (Kuwana) is one of the important insect pests in the orange production process. To select the pesticide which can replace the organophosphorus pesticide with high toxicity, the toxicities of 20 kinds of common pesticides applying against U. yanonensis were determined by the means of soaking under laboratory conditions. The order of toxicities of the 20 insecticides from high to low against the first instar larva of Unaspis yanonensis Kuwan was emamectin benzoate>abamectin>xiaochongliulin>buprofezin>methidathion>imidacloprid>acephate>chlorpyrifos>quinalphos>phosmet>phenthoate>trichlorfon>propoxur>cyfluthrin>fenpropathrin>methoxyfenozide>fenoxycarb>beta-cypermethrin>lime sulfur>petroleum oil.
