Bionomics and control efficacy of Lymantria apicebrunnea

Abstract：Lymantria apicebrunnea Gaede is a new pest in Honghe Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It has one generation per year in Hekou and Pingbian Counties, and overwinters as egg．The effective integrated control methods include using pesticide, sprinkling,virus,cypermethrin, artificially removing eggs，and light trapping.
