Abstract：A new method to quantitatively determine the lethal dose of poison ingested by stored grain pests，the mixed
drug sheet method，is described． Experiments verified that the method had no effect on Lasioderma serricorne’s survival
rate，developmental period，body weight，fecundity，etc． By feeding 3th instar larvae of L． serricorne with a feedstuff
sheet mixed with solution of methoprene，we excluded the contact toxicity of methoprene and obtained the exact lethal dose
(0. 46 ± 0. 03)μg / each larvae．
