中文摘要: 在17~29℃、RH 80%±7% 和光周期L∶D=15∶9的条件下,测定了桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii Matsumura各虫态的发育历期,计算了桃小食心虫卵、幼虫、蛹和全世代的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明,各虫态的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,各虫态的发育速率与温度之间具有良好的线性关系。桃小食心虫卵、幼虫、结茧前期、蛹及生殖前期的发育起点温度分别为10.02、9.44、10.58、10.09和9.51℃,有效积温分别为87.3、238.6、 10.7、156.9和 31.6日·度,全世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为9.22℃ 和543.2日·度。
英文摘要: The peach fruit borer, Carposina sasakii Matsumura,is one of the most damaging pests in apple orchards in Northeast Asia. In this paper, the developmental period, developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of different life stages of C. sasakii were determined in the laboratory under the conditions of 17、20、23、26、29℃、80%±7% RH and a photoperiod of L∶D=15∶9 (Light∶Dark). The results indicated that the developmental periods of the life stages of this pest decreased in length with increasing temperature. The developmental threshold temperature of eggs, larvae, pre-pupae, pupae and pre-oviposition are estimated to be 10.02, 9.44, 10.58, 10.09 and 9.51℃ respectively, and their effective accumulated temperature was 87.3, 238.6, 10.7, 156.9 and 31.6 degree days respectively. The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for an entire generation is 9.22℃ and 543.2 degree days.
