在初步筛选过程中，主要成份反11-十四碳烯醋酸酯（E11-14∶AC）能引起草地螟 Loxostege sticticaiis L.雄蛾完成从兴奋到搜索释放源的行为，但雄蛾对单个组分E11-14∶AL、E11-14∶OH、14∶OH、14∶AC、12∶OH不呈现任何反应。当释放源为二元组分或三元组分时，可以明显增加雄蛾定向飞行和达到释放源的数量。筛选出二元组分为(E11-14∶AC)∶( E11-14∶AL)=1∶1和三元组分(E11-14∶AC)∶ (E11-14∶AL)∶( 14∶OH) =5∶3∶12时效果最佳。田间试验中进一步筛选出三元组分(E11-14∶AC)∶( E11-14∶AL)∶ (14∶OH) =5∶3∶12为最佳组分。
英文摘要：
Preliminary screening indicated that the pheromone E11-14∶AC could activate the male behaviors of walking and wing fanning, taking flight, touchdown and walking and wing fanning at source. No males showed any response to the other five pheromones tested; E11-14∶AL,E11-14∶OH,14∶OH,14∶AC and 12∶OH in isolation. Compared to baits containing E11-14∶AC alone,2-pheremone baits increased the number of males exhibiting the behavior of touch down at source.Furthermore,3-pheremone baits significantly increased the percentage of males walking and wing fanning at source and copulatory behavior.The optimum ratios of 2 and 3-pheromone mixtures were( E11-14∶AC)∶(E11-14∶AL)=1∶1 and( E11-14∶AC)∶(E11-14∶AL)∶(14∶OH) =5∶3∶12, respectively. Following a field experiment the formula of (E11-14∶AC)∶(E11-14∶AL)∶(14∶OH) =5∶3∶12 was selected.
