中文摘要：比较分析饲喂普通粮食与名贵中药材对洋虫Palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire)体内蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、灰分、氨基酸、矿物质和微量元素等的影响。结果表明：饲喂粮食和中草药的洋虫都含有丰富的营养成分。用粮食或中药材饲养对洋虫的氨基酸和粗蛋白、粗脂肪和灰分影响不大，粮食组和中药组EAA/TAA分别为46.94%和46.19%，EAA/NEAA分别为88.47%和85.84%；第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸，即蛋氨酸和胱氨酸。必需氨基酸（EAAI）分别为99和92 mg/g；可见洋虫可以作为一种优质蛋白质保健食品，而且建议用粮食饲喂。中药组饲养的洋虫中微量元素与矿物质均明显高于粮食组饲养的洋虫，因此中药组饲喂的洋虫可以作为滋补品或药品原料。
英文摘要：We determined the protein, fat, total sugar, ash, aminoacids，minerals and trace elements of Palembus dermestoides (Fairmaire) feeding on grain diet and the diet with traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that there were abundant nutrients in P. dermestoides feeding on both diet. There was no significant effect on the percent of amino acids, crude protein, crude fat and ash in the body of insect. EAA/TAA of the two oups was 46.94% and 46.19%, respectively, and EAA/NEAA was 88.47% and 85.84%, respectively. The first limiting amino acid of protein was the amino acid containing sulfur (Met and Cys). The index of the essential amino acid was 99 and 92, respectively. P. dermestoides was a kind of better health medicine resource of insect protein. The content of mineral and trace elements in P. dermestoides fed by traditional Chinese medicine was remarkably higher than that by grain. So P. dermestoides can be remedial medicine when fed by traditional Chinese medicine.
