英文摘要：It has summarized that the general situation of liquid culture of entomopathogenic nematodes, including the history of liquid culture, the effect of liquid culture ingredients on the yield of entomopathogenic nematodes, the optimal nutrition selection, the efforts of cultural parameters on the process of the liquid culture, the content of fatty acid of the infective juvenile and the application prospect is also outlined respectively.
