中文摘要:通过野外观察、室内饲养、野外调查等方法研究黑脉蛱蝶Hestina assimilis (L.)的生物学特性以及生境状况。该蝶幼虫以榆科朴属(Celtis spp.)植物为食,在南京地区1年发生3代, 10月下旬以4龄或5龄幼虫在寄主植物的落叶中越冬,翌年4月初越冬幼虫眠起活动。越冬代成虫5月上旬始见、中旬为高峰期;第1代7月上旬始见、中旬为高峰期;第2代9月上旬始见、中旬为高峰期。幼虫共5龄,在室内饲养的条件下,卵期为4~5 d,幼虫期为28~42 d,蛹期为7~8 d。
英文摘要:The bionomics of Hestina assimilis (L.) was studied based on field observation and indoor rearing. The host plants of this insect species are Celtis sp. The insect has 3 generations per year in Nanjing, China. It begins to overwinter as the 4th or 5th instar larvae on shrubs or tree branches in late October. The overwintered larvae restore to feed in early April in the next year. The adults emerge first in early May and with a peak in mid-May. The adults of the first and second generations emerge in early July and and September respectively. The larvae have five instars. The durations for eggs, larvae, and pupae are 4~5, 28~42, and 7~8 days respectively in laboratory.
