中文摘要:研究不同成分的人工饲料对龟纹瓢虫Propylaea japonica (Thunberg)捕食功能的影响。结果表明:不同成分的人工饲料对龟纹瓢虫捕食棉蚜的功能反应类型没有影响,与对照组瓢虫一样均符合HollingⅡ型模型;添加蔗糖的饲料2组的a'/T h(瞬间攻击率/处理时间)要高于其他人工饲料组,表明其对棉蚜的捕食效应较强;各人工饲料组喂养的龟纹瓢虫在捕食功能上要明显劣于野生型龟纹瓢虫。
英文摘要:Propylea japonica (Thunberg), subordinated to Coleoptera, Coccinellidae and Propylaea, preys on many pests in agriculture. Due to good appetite, high fecundity, high adaptability and many generations annually, P. japonica is one of the important predatory natural enemies in agriculture. The investigation on the predation functional response of P. japonica fed with different artificial diets or cotton aphids showed that the functional responses of P. japonica to cotton aphids all corresponded with HollingⅡ model pattern; The value of a'/Th (the ratio of attack rate to handling time) in P. japonica fed with the diet supplemented sucrose (diet 2) was higher than those of P. japonica fed with other artificial diets, which indicated that the ladybirds fed with diet 2had higher predatory capability than the others; and the predatory capability of the control group (cotton aphids) was significantly higher than those of the ladybirds fed with artificial diets.
