【目的】 诱笼法是利用诱饵吸引蝴蝶进而完成收集的调查方法,该方法常应用于热带地区,而在温带地区未见报道。本研究探究了诱笼法在温带地区是否适用,以期在更大范围内应用诱笼法开展蝴蝶监测。【方法】 在四川北部老河沟自然保护区(暖温带)尝试使用诱笼法进行蝴蝶调查,以评估该方法的捕获效果。【结果】 在2015年和2016年8月的13个捕捉日中,共计捕捉411只蝴蝶,平均4.6只/(笼·日),捕捉能力与热带地区的调查数据基本一致;经鉴定,捕捉到的蝴蝶属于蛱蝶科、眼蝶科和喙蝶科,共计40种,与老河沟自然保护区样线法调查获得的数据相比,有7个新增记录种。【结论】 诱笼法用于纬度较高地区的蝴蝶调查是可行的,而且能够对样线法的调查结果进行有效补充,并为建立蝴蝶的长期监测体系提供新思路。

[Objectives] Bait-trap method can
be used for collecting butterflies based on bait attraction, which is usually
conducted in tropical area, but no report in temperate area. To promote
bait-trap method for butterfly monitoring in more extensive area, the
feasibility of bait-trap method conducted in temperate area was evaluated. [Methods] The bait-trap method was attempted for
collecting butterflies in a site of temperate zone, Laohegou Nature Reserve,
north of Sichuan. [Results] In 13 capturing days in August of 2015 and
2016, 411 individuals were captured, 4.6 individuals per cage each day on
average, which is consistent with the data from the investigations in tropical
area. The captured butterflies belong to 40 species, in families of
Nymphalidae, Satyridae and Libytheidae. Compared to the butterfly records based
on transect surveying in Laohegou, there were 7 new records obtained in this
bait-trap surveying. [Conclusion] It indicated that bait-trap method is feasible in temperate area.
It can be an effective supplement for traditional transect surveying, and also
a new insight for the construction of long-term monitoring projects of
butterfly.
