【目的】 明确温度对广重粉蛉Semidalis aleyrodiformis生长发育和繁殖的影响,为天敌昆虫广重粉蛉在生物防治领域的开发和利用提供理论依据。【方法】 在不同恒定温度条件下,测定广重粉蛉的发育历期和存活率,并构建实验种群生命表。【结果】 随着温度的上升,广重粉蛉幼虫各阶段的发育历期逐步缩短。在26 ℃,成虫前期存活率最高,达85.00%,高温和低温均降低幼虫存活率;广重粉蛉成虫寿命和产卵量随温度的上升而下降,在23 ℃时产卵量最高(445.00粒),且与26 ℃无显著差异。在26 ℃下,广重粉蛉实验种群的净增值力R0、内禀增长率rm和周限增长率λ均达到最大值。【结论】 广重粉蛉对温度的适应范围在23-29 ℃,最佳温度为26 ℃,在我国南方有很好的生物防治应用前景。

[Objectives] To provide baseline information on the
effects of temperature on the development and reproduction of Semidalis
aleyrodiformis in order to facilitate the application of this species as a
biological control agent. [Methods] Developmental duration and survival rate were
measured under different temperature regimes and a life table constructed. [Results]
The developmental duration of each
larval stage decreased with increasing temperature. The survival rate of adults
was highest at 26 ℃, whereas that rate of larvae decreased at both
high and low temperatures. The longevity and oviposition period of adults
decreased with increasing temperature. The highest fecundity (445.00 eggs) was
observed at 23 ℃, and was not significantly different to that
observed at 26 ℃. The maximum net reproductive rate (R0),
intrinsic rate of increase (rm) and finite rate of increase (λ),
were highest at 26 ℃. [Conclusion] S. aleyrodiformis can breed and
develop at temperatures within the range of 23 ℃ to 29 ℃ but the optimal temperature is
26 ℃. This suggests that this species has potential
as a biological control agent in Southern China.
