九种寄主植物挥发物对橘小实蝇雌虫的田间引诱效果

   【目的】 9种寄主气味中筛选对橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis雌虫具有引诱效果的挥发性物质,为橘小实蝇的绿色防治提供参考。【方法】 将载有不同剂量(0.010.050.25 mg)的9种单一寄主植物挥发物(酯类:丁酸乙酯、辛酸甲酯、辛酸乙酯;萜烯类:β-石竹烯、α-石竹烯、3-蒈烯;芳香族类:苯乙醛、苯乙醇、苯甲酸乙酯)的棉芯分别固定在白色粘虫板上,将粘虫板悬挂在芒果树上,用于测试不同植物挥发物在元江县芒果园对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱集效果。在此基础上选取每种类别中引诱效果最好的物质按照正交实验L9 (33)进行混配,测定不同配比的三元混合物对雌虫的诱集效果,并测试清除落果对三元混合物诱集雌虫效果的影响。【结果】 在单一物质的诱虫效果中,酯类物质中以丁酸乙酯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(6.0 ± 2.1)头//d]为佳,萜烯类物质中以3-蒈烯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(3.5 ± 2.1)头//d]为佳,芳香族类物质中以苯甲酸乙酯[剂量0.05 mg,诱虫量(4.7 ± 2.0)头//d]为佳。三元混合物中以丁酸乙酯+苯甲酸乙酯+3-蒈烯[剂量0.05 mg5∶0.2∶5V/V/V]对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱集效果[5.3 ± 1.7)头//d]最好。清理田间落果后可显著提高该三元混合物对雌虫的诱集量[剂量0.25 mg,诱虫量(31.8 ± 6.0)头//d]【结论】 三元混合物丁酸乙酯+苯甲酸乙酯+3-蒈烯 [5∶0.2∶5V/V/V]可作为一种有效的橘小实蝇雌虫引诱剂,用于芒果园橘小实蝇的防治。

英文摘要:

Abstract  [Aim]  To evaluate the attraction of female Bactrocera dorsalis to nine host plant volatiles, and develop an environmentally sustainable control technique for B. dorsalis. [Methods]  Volatiles comprising esters (ethyl butyrate, methyl caprylate, ethyl caprylate), aromatics (β-caryophyllen, α-caryophyllene, 3-carene), and terpenes (phenylacetaldehyde, phenethyl alcohol, ethyl benzoate) from nine host plants were applied to cotton septa at concentrations of 0.01, 0.05, and 0.25 mg, respectively. The septa were then affixed to white sticky traps and hung in a mango tree. The response of female B. dorsalis to each volatile was tested in the field in the mango orchards of Yuanjiang county. The volatiles with the maximum effect in each category were then combined in accordance with the orthogonal experiment L9 (33). This was done to test the attractiveness of the tri-compound combination to the females at various ratios, and control for the influence of fallen fruits. [Results]  Female Bactrocera dorsalis showed a significant attraction towards Ethyl butyrate [0.05 mg, (6.0 ± 2.1) ind./ trap/day], 3-carene [0.05 mg, (3.5 ± 2.1) ind./trap/day], and ethyl benzoate [0.05 mg, (4.7 ± 2.1) ind./trap/day]. The triple-compound mixture [ethyl butyrate + ethyl benzoate + 3-carene= 50.25 (V/V/V)] had the highest catch rate of females [0.05 mg, (5.3 ± 1.7) ind./trap/day]. Additionally, the removal of dropped fruits significantly increased the effectiveness of the mixture. [Conclusion]  This study demonstrates the effectiveness of a triple-compound plant volatile mixture, consisting of ethyl butyrate, ethyl benzoate, and 3-carene, in attracting female B. dorsalis. This volatile mixture has potential to be incorporated into management strategies for the effective control of B. dorsalis in mango orchards.
