【目的】 明确江苏省不同地区和不同寄主上的MED烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci对常用药剂的敏感性,为其防治提供科学依据。【方法】 在室内采用饲喂法,测定江苏省苏南无锡、苏中扬州和苏北徐州地区的番茄、菜豆和黄瓜3种寄主植物上的MED烟粉虱成虫对2种常用于防治烟粉虱的杀虫剂阿维菌素和噻虫嗪的敏感性。【结果】 苏南无锡、苏中扬州和苏北徐州地区,3种寄主植物上的MED烟粉虱对有效成分为1.8%阿维菌素微乳剂的敏感性大于对有效成分为30.0%的噻虫嗪悬浮剂的敏感性;苏南无锡的3种寄主植物上的MED烟粉虱种群对阿维菌素和噻虫嗪的敏感性均高于苏中扬州种群和苏北徐州种群;3个地区菜豆上的MED烟粉虱种群对阿维菌素和噻虫嗪的敏感性均高于番茄和黄瓜上的种群。【结论】 江苏地区MED烟粉虱对阿维菌素的敏感性较高,对噻虫嗪敏感性降低,且MED烟粉虱对杀虫剂的敏感性也受寄主植物的影响。建议生产上仍然可以选用阿维菌素防治MED烟粉虱,同时可交替使用新烟碱类农药进行防治。

[Aim]
To clarify the sensitivity of MED Bemisia tabaci populations on
different host plants, and in different parts of Jiangsu Province, to commonly
used insecticides. [Methods] The
toxicity of two commonly used insecticides, abamectin and thiamethoxam, to
adult MED B. tabaci in Jiangsu Province was determined using the feeding
method. [Results] The toxicity of
1.8 % abamectin to MED B. tabaci was 30 % greater than that of
thiamethoxam on three host plants in southern, central and northern Jiangsu.
The Wuxi population in southern Jiangsu was more sensitive to abamectin and
thiamethoxam than the Yangzhou population in central Jiangsu, or the Xuzhou
population in northern Jiangsu. Populations on kidney beans were more
susceptible to abamectin and thiamethoxam than those on tomato and cucumber
crops in all three regions. [Conclusion] MED B. tabaci populations in Jiangsu
Province are more susceptible to abamectin than thiamethoxam and the
susceptibility of MED B. tabaci to these pesticides can be affected by
both the host plant and the local environment. These results suggest that
abamectin should be used in rotation with neonicotinoid pesticides to control
MED B. tabaci.
