
山西省番茄潜叶蛾对七种杀虫剂敏感基线的建立及抗性监测

【目的】 明确山西省番茄潜叶蛾Tuta absoluta田间种群对7种杀虫剂的抗药性现状。【方法】 采用浸叶法以室内敏感品系建立了对四唑虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、高效氯氟氰菊酯、呋虫胺、多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和茚虫威7 种杀虫剂的敏感基线,监测了山西省5个不同田间种群对以上7种杀虫剂的抗性水平。【结果】 监测的5个田间种群对高效氯氟氰菊酯和呋虫胺均表现出较低的敏感性,LC50值普遍在300 mg/L以上,对其它供试药剂多表现为敏感。临猗(LY)和定襄(DX)田间种群对四唑虫酰胺表现出敏感性下降,太谷(TG)和上党(SD)种群对四唑虫酰胺产生了5.176和5.384倍的低水平抗性;太谷种群对甲维盐产生了6.174倍的低水平抗性。【结论】 目前山西省番茄潜叶蛾田间种群对多数供试药剂仍处于敏感水平,但田间防治中应避免使用高效氯氟氰菊酯和呋虫胺;同时对四唑虫酰胺与甲维盐的使用应予以关注,避免连续使用,以延缓抗性水平的发展。

[Aim] To assess the baseline susceptibility of Tuta absoluta to seven insecticides;
tetraniliprole, chlorantraniliprole, lambda-cyhalothrin, dinotefuran,
spinetoram, emamectin benzoate, and indoxacarb, and the current level of
resistance to these insecticides among populations of this species in Shanxi
Province. [Methods] The
leaf-dipping method was used to establish the baseline sensitivity of a
susceptible, laboratory population of T.
absoluta to the seven insecticides. Levels of resistance to these insecticides
among five T. absoluta populations in
Shanxi Province were also determined. [Results] All five Shanxi populations had low
susceptibility to lambda-cyhalothrin and dinotefuran (LC50 values
generally > 300 mg/L), but were sensitive to most of the other insecticides.
Populations from Linyi (LY) and Dingxiang (DX) showed reduced susceptibility to
tetraniliprole, whereas those from Taigu (TG) and Shangdang (SD) had low-level
resistance to tetraniliprole (resistance ratios of 5.176 and 5.384, respectively).
The Taigu population had also developed low-level resistance to emamectin
benzoate (resistance ratio of 6.174). [Conclusion] Populations of T. absoluta in Shanxi province remain susceptible to most of the
insecticides tested, although they are relatively resistant to
lambda-cyhalothrin and dinotefuran. The effectiveness of tetraniliprole and
emamectin benzoate should be closely monitored, and these should only be used
in rotation with other insecticides to delay the potential development of
resistance.
