【目的】 分析转Bt基因抗虫水稻研究国际科研SCI文献,客观地呈现转Bt基因抗虫水稻的国际研究现状与发展趋势。【方法】 利用Web of ScienceTM 核心合集数据库,采用文献计量学的方法,对2003—2015年转Bt基因抗虫水稻研究文献进行科学统计分析。【结果】 在Web of ScienceTM核心合集中共检索到2003—2015年转Bt基因抗虫水稻文献291篇,被引频次3 475次, 291篇文献来源于1 057位作者,分属41个国家的270个机构,来源出版物137个。涵盖了农学、昆虫学、植物科学等36个研究方向。【结论】 转Bt基因抗虫水稻研究呈现增强趋势,在转Bt基因抗虫水稻研究领域,中国处于国际领先地位。
英文摘要:
[Objectives] To analyze the current state of research on Bt transgenic rice globally and provide references for future research.[Methods] Bibliometric methods were used to analyze articles published in the Web of Science database on Bt transgenic rice between 2003 and 2015. [Results] A total of 291 articles that had been cited 3 475 times were published in 137 journals by 1 057 authors from 270 institutes in 41 countries. Research on Bt transgenic rice includes 36 topics, such as Agriculture, Entomology, plant science, etc. [Conclusion] The amount of research conducted on Bt transgenic rice is increasing. Many Bt rice lines have been developed in China in recent years and China is playing a leading role in research in this field.
