综述中国蝇类染色体研究的现状，包括研究涉及的类群、核型分析结果、研究
方法和手段、染色体有丝分裂、减数分裂、特殊染色体及应用。讨论蝇类染色体研究存在
的问题，并对我国未来研究进行展望。
英文摘要： The current state of fly chromosomal research in China is summarized,
including taxonomy, karyotype analysis, techniques and methods, chromosomal mito
tic and meiotic divisions, special chromosome and applications. The problems and
perspectives in fly chromosomal research were also discussed.
