为了确定水菖蒲(Acorus calamus)活性成分β-细辛醚对玉米象Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky的熏蒸活性,研究β-细辛醚对玉米象不同虫态的熏蒸作用。结果表明:β细辛醚对玉米象4种虫态都有一定的熏蒸作用,其中对成虫的熏蒸效果最好,其次是卵,幼虫和蛹对β细辛醚具有较高的耐药性。以质量浓度为200 μL/L熏蒸卵120 h后,卵的死亡率达到了99.09%。对幼虫和蛹的熏蒸作用不明显。对成虫熏蒸120 h后,LC50为17.82 μL/L。
英文摘要: The fumigant toxicity of β-asarone extracted from Acorus calamus against the adults and immature stages of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky were studied. The results showed that β-asarone had fumigant toxicity to all of the four stages of the insect. The fumigant has the most toxicity to the adult, followed to the egg, while the larva and pupa possessed a relatively high resistance to β-asarone. When the egg was treated with βasarone at 200 μL/L concentration for 120 hours, the mortality was 99.09%. β-asarone showed little fumigation activity to the larva and pupa. After being treated for 120 hours, the LC50 for S. zeamais adult was 17.82 μL/L.
