中文摘要:     赤眼蜂乃至世界范围内应用最广卵寄玉米螟赤眼蜂 Trichogramma ostriniae Pang et Chen玉米种植区重要的天敌昆虫,但其不同的种群在生物效果上存在大差异。为了有效利玉米螟赤眼蜂优势种群有必对其进行准确鉴别然而传统形态学方法对一种赤眼蜂种群进行鉴别非常的。研究首先采扩增多态 DNA( RAPD)标记对采自我国北京农科院、山东日照山西太原3玉米螟赤眼蜂种群进行遗传差异然后筛选种群特异性位点,并通克隆测序设计构建种群特异性分子标记即序列特征性扩增区域 ( SCAR)标记最后SCAR标记对混蜂群竞争试结果进行了分子检测研究方法有助玉米螟赤眼蜂优势种群筛选赤眼蜂有效利具有重要的意义关键词玉米螟赤眼蜂扩增多态 DNARAPD序列特征性扩增区域标记SCAR蜂群竞争试

Trichogrammaspp. ( Hymenoptera:Trichogrammatidae) are the most-widely used egg parasitoids in China andthe world.T. ostriniae Pang et Chen is an important biocontrol agent in corn crops in our country,but differentT. ostriniaepopulations display different biocontrol efficacy. In order to make full use of the most beneficial populations,it isessential to be able to precisely discriminate between populations. However,it can be extremely difficult to distinguish different populations of the same Trichogrammaspecies by using morphological methods. In this study,random amplified polymorphic DNA markers were used to analyze genetic variations betweenT. ostriniae populations collected from Beijing, Shandong and Shanxi, and population-specific loci were thenlocated. From sequencing of population-specific loci, population-specific markers were successfully developed which were subsequently employed to determine the most effective biocontrol populations in mixed populationtesting. This method is helpful in screening for the most beneficial Trichogramma populations,and therefore plays a significant role in the application of Trichogrammaspp.to biocontrol.
