二斑叶螨对螺螨酯的抗性选育及其解毒酶活性测定

中文摘要:用螺螨酯对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch进行35代抗性选育,抗性指数达到834,并在选育过程中,对二斑叶螨解毒酶的活性进行测定。结果表明,随着选育代数的增加,抗性增强,细胞色素P450活性亦显著提高,而羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶活性较敏感品系差异不显著。说明二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗药性的增强与其体内细胞色素P450活性的增强有关。
英文摘要:Selection of the twospotted spider mite (Tetranychus urtica Koch) for resistance to spirodiclofen and its effect on detoxification enzymes were investigated. After 35 generations of continuous selection, resistance to spirodiclofen was > 834 that of the original susceptible strain. Odemethlyase activity of the F35 generation was significantly higher than that of the F0 generation. There was, however, no obvious difference in glutathione Stransferase or carboxy lesterase activity between the resistant and susceptible strains. We conclude that the resistance of T. urticae to spirodiclofen is related to enhancement of Odemethlyase activity.
