中文摘要: 本文主要研究东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilansis(Meyen)消化道可视化模型三维重建方法。采用冰冻切片技术将冰冻包埋剂(OCT)包埋后的飞蝗成虫做连续切片,进行截面图像信息采集,建立数据集;通过Photoshop、ImagePro Plus(IPP)软件对消化道截面图像进行分割、处理、序列化和三维重建。结果表明:本实验成功构建飞蝗消化道三维结构模型。该模型可以任意旋转,能从不同角度观察;同时获得模型长度、面积和体积等解剖参数。为进一步研究蝗虫三维重建及农药的相互作用模型奠定基础。
英文摘要: A threedimensional digital model of the digestive tract of Locusta migratoria manilansis (Meyen) was developed. Male adults were embedded in frozen embedding medium (OCT) and sliced into sections. Digital image information on each section was collected on a CCD and stored in a data set. Photoshop 7.0 and ImagePro Plus (IPP) software were used to segment, process and merge images of each section, and then to successfully produce a threedimensional reconstruction of digestive tract. The resultant threedimensional image can be freely rotated and observed from any angle. Anatomical parameters as length, area and volume can be obtained easily.
