中文摘要: 在采用不同炮制方法处理3种斑蝥后,测定它们体内的游离斑蝥素和结合斑蝥素的损失率。结果显示:在浅程度炮制方法的处理下,3种斑蝥体内的游离斑蝥素损失率均小于60%,而结合斑蝥素损失率均大于60%;深程度炮制方法的处理下,3种斑蝥体内的游离斑蝥素损失率均小于80%,而结合斑蝥素损失率均大于80%。结合斑蝥素的损失率及损失的量均超过游离斑蝥素。浅程度炮制下的斑蝥中,眼斑芫菁Mylabris cichorii Linnaeus的游离斑蝥素含量为0.57%,符合药典的要求,而大斑芫菁Mylabris phalerata Pallas和Mylabris sp.体内的游离斑蝥素均不符合要求;深程度炮制下的斑蝥中,这3种斑蝥体内的游离斑蝥素均不符合药典的要求。
英文摘要: Experiments were conducted to determine the loss rate of free cantharidin and total cantharidin from three species of Mylabris using two different processing methods. Using the shallow processing method, the loss rates of free cantharidin was less than 60% and that of total cantharidin was greater than 60%. Using the deep processing method the loss rate of free cantharidin was less than 80% and that of total cantharidin was greater than 80%. Only the free cantharidin content obtained from Mylabris cichorii Linnaeus using the shallow processing method met the 0.57% standard set by China Pharmacopoeia.
