中文摘要：介绍一种饲养黄曲条跳甲Phyllotreta striolata( Fabricius) 的改进新方法, 采用分隔式养虫笼饲养成虫和萝卜/ 凹0 型孔饲养幼虫, 结果表明, 使用该方法进行饲养, 卵的成活率可达8913%, 1~ 3 龄幼虫的存活率为6510%~ 7010%, 蛹的存活率达8010%, 可以有效实现黄曲条跳甲的室内饲养。
英文摘要：An improved method of rearing striped flea beetle ( SFB) , Phyllotreta striolata ( Fabricius ) , was introduced. Adults of SFB were reared with a cage divided into two parts, and larvaewere reared in the concave of the radish, Rap hanus sativus L. The result showed that the higher survival rates of egg, larvae and pupae were achieved. Survival rates of egg , larvae and pupae were 8913%, 6510% ~ 7010% and 801 0%, respectively. It was an effective rearing methods of SFB in the laboratoray.
