英文摘要：An effective method for tick hemolymph collection was established. For starved female, its hemolymph was collected by cutting edge integument and 0.4 μL/tick can be obtained. For feeding and engorged females, their hemolymph was collected by cutting appendages and 8.0 μL/tick can be obtained. With this simple and rapid method, more hemolymph can be collected.
