【目的】 为规模化繁殖和利用中华通草蛉Chrysoperla nipponensis(Okamoto)。【方法】 本研究对中华通草蛉幼虫主饲料进行选择,从牛肉牛肝、猪肉猪肝、蚕蛹、大豆粉麦胚粉中选择适合中华通草蛉幼虫生长发育的主饲料,同时探索蔗糖对中华通草龄幼虫生长发育的作用。【结果】 中华通草蛉幼虫适宜的人工主饲料为牛肉牛肝。从1龄幼虫开始添加蔗糖水饲养,幼虫的存活率近100%,用饲料饲养的幼虫存活率为60%。【结论】 本研究为高效和规模化繁育和释放中华通草蛉提供参考。

[Objectives] To identify the best artificial diet for
raising Chrysoperla nipponensis (Okamoto)
on a large scale. [Methods] We compared the suitability of the following diets; beef
and cow liver, pork and pig liver, silkworm chrysalis, soy flour and wheat germ
powder. In addition, we also measured the effect of sucrose on the growth and
development of larvae. [Results] Beef and cow liver was the most suitable diet for larvae. Furthermore,
the survival rate of first instar larvae was almost 100% when they were provided with sugarcane
sugar water compared to just 60% when they were not. [Conclusion] The results provide useful information for the efficient large-scale breeding of C. nipponensis for release.
