【目的】 明确不同温度对草栖钝绥螨Amblyseius herbicolus (Chant) 种群增长的影响。【方法】 利用年龄-龄期两性生命表研究草栖钝绥螨以贝氏小奥林螨Oulenzia bakeri (Hughes) 为食,在5种温度(19、22、25、28和31 ℃)下的发育历期、存活率、繁殖力和种群参数。【结果】 草栖钝绥螨的成螨前期和产卵前期在25 ℃时最短,分别为5.4 d和2.2 d,产卵期、繁殖力、内禀增长率r、周限增长率λ、净增殖率R0等种群参数也是在25 ℃时最高,分别为12.6 d、26.0粒/雌、0.2 d﹣1、1.2 d﹣1、12.5;温度高于25 ℃后草栖钝绥螨各参数显著下降。【结论】 不同温度下草栖钝绥螨均能完成生活史,25 ℃更适合草栖钝绥螨种群的繁育。

[Objectives] To clarify the effects of different temperatures on the population growth of Amblyseius herbicolus (Chant) feeding on Oulenzia bakeri (Hughes). [Methods] An age-stage, two-sex life table was used to determine the developmental period, survival rate, fecundity and population parameters, under five temperatures (19, 22, 25, 28, 31 ℃), 85%±5% RH and a 16︰8 h (L︰D) photoperiod. [Results] The preadult and preoviposition periods first shortened, then lengthened with increasing temperature within the range of 19 to 28 ℃. These periods were shortest at 25 ℃ (5.4 and 2.2 d, respectively). The oviposition period, fecundity, intrinsic rate of increase (r), finite rate of increase (λ) and net reproductive value (R0), first increased, then decreased, with temperature, and were highest at 25 ℃ (12.6 d, 26.0 eggs/female, 0.2 d﹣1, 1.2 d﹣1, 12.5, respectively). All measured population parameters decreased significantly at temperatures > 25 ℃. [Conclusion] Although A. herbicolus can complete its growth and reproduction at temperatures in the range of 19 to 31 ℃, 25 ℃ is the optimal temperature within this range for breeding this species in captivity.
