      室内采用水培小麦法饲养禾谷缢管蚜Rhopolosiphum padi (L.),比较了有翅与无翅型禾谷缢管蚜若虫发育历期、成虫寿命、繁殖力和日均体重增长量。结果表明,不同小麦品种上有翅型和无翅型若虫发育历期均存在显著差异;同时产若蚜数量、每代产若蚜数和腹中胚胎数均存在显著差异,而成蚜寿命、产若蚜历期和产若蚜代数差异不显著。另外,有翅型的产仔量显著小于无翅型,而羽化至产仔的历期明显大于无翅型。在感虫品种(HR)上饲喂的禾谷缢管蚜个体日均体重增长量(MRGR)低于同龄期的在抗虫品种(KOK-1679)上饲喂的禾谷缢管蚜,说明禾谷缢管蚜长时间在KOK-1679上继代饲喂后,对KOK小麦品种已经产生了一定的适应性。
 

英文摘要:

         Nymph developmental duration, adult longevity, fecund period and the mean relative growth rate of winged and wingless morphs of Rhopalosiphum padi (L.)were compared. The results indicate that there were no significant differences in adult longevity, reproductive duration or the number of generations of offspring between the winged and wingless morph of two varieties. Significantly difference between winged and wingless morphs was observed in offspring numbers, average offspring per generation and unborn embryos. Offspring numbers of the winged morph were significantly less than those of the wingless morph, and the developmental duration of the winged morph from emergence to adult oviposition was significantly longer than that of the wingless morph. The mean relative growth rate of R. aphid was slower when feeding on HR variety wheat than when feeding on the KOK-1679 variety. These results show that R. padi has adapted to the KOK-1679 variety after several generations.
