Abstract:Two species of parasitic fungi of beetles in Meloidae, Beauveria bassiana and Aspergillus sp., were used in the experiments of the inhibition effect of cantharidin and their founction on biodegradation of cantharidin. The results showed that cantharidin had no inhibition effect to these two species of fungi. B. bassiana decomposed 90.45% of cantharidin, and Aspergillus sp. did not decompose cantharidin.
