Hymenopteran parasitoids parasitizing Liriomyza trifolii and their application in biological control

Abstract： This paper reviews the research progress of the hymenopteran parasitoid species that parasitize the leaf miner Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess)(Diptera:Agromyzidae) with special reference on their characteristics of biology, ecology and host selection, the impacts of insecticides on parasitoids, and the application of these parasitoids in biocontrol programs.
