Abstract：        Parnassius nomion Fischer von Waldheim is univoltine in Gannan, Gansu. It overwinters in the egg with eclosion taking place in early May of the following year. Larvae become pupae in late June. The adults of first generation emerge from late July to early August, and adult females lay eggs from mid-August to early September.
