Abstract: Morphological variation of Aphis glycines Matsumura collected from Guangdong Province, Shandong Province, Hebei Province and Heilongjiang Province, were studied in laboratory. The results showed that there was no significant difference in morphology of soybean aphids at different temperature expcet 15℃. The adult size of soybean aphids collected from same geographical zone increased with decreasing temperatures in general. It also showed that Q value of soybean aphids collected from the same geographical population increased with decreasing temperatures. But there was no significant difference of Q value in different populations at same temperature.
