The results showed that the genital pore and the oviposition hole of female pupa located in the eighth abdominal segment and attached to the posterior margin of the seventh abdominal segment. The genital pore of male pupa located in the ninth abdominal segment. The average distance from the genital pore of male pupa to the posterior margin of the seventh abdominal segment is about 390 μm. The method was assessed on the eclosion of pupae with the accuracy of 100%.
